By accessing or using the Firmstone platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Firmstone provides an AI-powered web development platform for digital agencies. Agencies use credits to submit project briefs, which are built by an AI pipeline and delivered as downloadable source code files.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

Credits and Billing

Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

Upon delivery and payment, you own the source code produced for your jobs. You may use, modify, host, and distribute it without restriction. Firmstone retains no licence over delivered code.

You are responsible for ensuring that the briefs you submit do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Delivery and Revisions

Delivered outputs are available for download for 30 days from the completion date. Firmstone does not guarantee that outputs will meet every specification in complex briefs. Revision credits may be used to request changes within the scope of the original brief.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firmstone's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the credits paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. Firmstone is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
