• Billing information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details directly
• Usage information: project briefs, job history, portal activity

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and service improvement purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Firmstone platform
• To process payments and manage your credit balance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

• Anthropic — AI pipeline powering the build service

Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. Completed job outputs are available for download for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
